Contract Documents means collectively the Tender Documents, Letter of Acceptance and agreed variations if any, and such other documents constituting the tender and acceptance thereof. This means all documents setting forth Authority obligations and responsibilities and includes, but is not limited to, the Proposal, this Agreement, any Amendments and addenda, and all exhibits and schedules attached to such documents.
